Chicken Curry



Hey everyone !
I'm back after such a long time, been busy with so many things.
A lot has happened since the last time i posted here !
For one, you all can refer to me as Mrs. Jahanzaib from now on :P, yess , I got married (nikkah-o-fied).

Us !! 

And i started my housejob as a professional Doctor.
I havent had time to do much but concentrate on my job, but i've missed blogging. 
So here i am.

I'll be posting a recipe of a simple chicken curry.

You'll Need...
1 kilograms of Chicken
2 medium size Onions
2 medium size Tomatoes
6-7 Green Chilies
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 tsp of Red Chili Powder (adjust accordingly)
1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp of All Spice (Garam Masala)

Heat around 4-5 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add sliced onions

Fry till golden brown

 Blend tomatoes, green chilies and the fried onion

In the same pan, add ginger garlic paste, fry till light golden and fragrant

than add all spice and chicken.

Cook till the chicken changes color

Add the blended tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder.

Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally...

 ..till the oil seperates

Than add 2 -3 glasses of water (the quantity of water depends on how thick or thin you the want the grazy to be)
Cook covered on high heat for 4-5 minutes.


Add corainder on top !

 Serve with Chapati or rice !
