Chapli Kabab



Ingredients :
Beef mince : 1 kg
Onion : 1 large finely chopped
Green chilies : 6-7 finely chopped
Salt : to taste
Red chili flakes : to taste ( i used 2 tbsp)
All spice/ Garam masala : 1 1/2 tsp
Chinese salt : 1 tsp
Coriander seeds : 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Gram flour : 4-5 tbsp
Coriander : 1/2 cup ( a handful)
Mint leaves : 1/2 cup
Spring onions : 1/2 cup finely chopped
Egg : 2
Tomatoes : 1 diced
Shaan chapli kabab masala : 1 tbsp

Here's how its done:


To the meat add onion , green chilies...

salt, red chili flakes, chinese salt, coriander seeds, all spice..

..gram flour...

...Ginger garlic paste

...coriander, mint and spring onions...

Diced tomatoes...

(i cheated a bit and added a tbsp of shaan chapli kabab masala to give it that authentic aroma)

Mix to combine

Make kababs

Shallow fry.

Flip. Cook till done.


serve with ketchup or mint raita !
