For once, my sister did the cooking today :)
She wanted something delicious for iftar and came up with the plan to make these sandwiches at 5:45 pm (Roza lag raha tha maybe) :D
Anyways, we reversed out roles today, She did the cooking and i took the pictures.
Bread : 5-6 Slices, better if the bread is a day old. (cut in triangles)
Potatoes: 3 boiled
Salt : to taste
Red chili flakes : 1 tsp
Zeera : 1/2 tsp
Chinese Salt : 1/2 tsp
Egg : 3
Cut bread in triangles, Keep aside.
...add salt, chinese salt, zeera and red chili flakes...
stick the mixture on bread.
Dip in egg..
and shallow fry.
Tip: You can also add veges(capsicum, carrots, onions, spring onions) to the mashed potatoes.
