Kohati Qeema

This recipe comes from Farah Jahanzeb Khan, who i really look up to as an inspiration. She's an amazing chef, her recipes are outstanding.

Ingredients :
Mince Meat : 3/4 kg (i used mutton)
Onion : 2 sliced
Ginger : 1 inch piece finely chopped
Garlic : 4-5 cloves crushed
Salt : to taste
Red chili flakes : to taste
Zeera : 1 1/2 tsp
Sookha Dhaniya (coriander seeds) : 1 tbsp
Tomatoes : 2 large
Coriander : 1/2 bunch
Green Chilies : 4-5
Ginger : 1/2 inch piece julienne (will be used as garnish)

Method :

Heat 1/4 cup of oil. Fry onions till golden.

Add ginger and garlic. Cook till fragrant.

Than add the mince meat...

..Salt, red chili flakes, zeera, sookha dhaniya and tomatoes.

Cook till done.

Add green chilies, coriander and julienne ginger. Put on dam for 5 minutes.

Serve !
