Dark Chocolate Brownies

Brownie cravings are something that are difficult to suppress, believe me, i know
I've had first hand experience :P

But these were worth the wait.

These babies are super moist, super gooey and absolutely delicious !

Super easy to make, you can whip it up in around 15 minutes and than go watch tv (like i did :D)

Sorry, no step by step photos for these, its a wonder that i managed to take the the pictures before we gobbled them down :D !

Ingredients :
Butter : 1/2 cup
Dark Chocolate : 1.5 ounces (You can substitute it with milk chocolate)
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
Eggs : 2 medium sized
Mascarpone Cheese : 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Flour : 1/4 cup
Salt : a pinch

Method :

Preheat oven at 160 degree centigrade.

Melt butter in a sauce pan.

When nearly boiling, pour it over the chocolate. Leave for 30 seconds than mix till smooth.

Add sugar and cocoa powder in the chocolate.

Beat in mascarpone, Eggs and vanilla essence.

Gently fold in the flour and salt.

Bake in a greased tin for 35-40 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
