Super easy to make, you can whip it up in around 15 minutes and than go watch tv (like i did :D)

Ingredients :
Butter : 1/2 cup
Dark Chocolate : 1.5 ounces (You can substitute it with milk chocolate)
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
Eggs : 2 medium sized
Mascarpone Cheese : 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Flour : 1/4 cup
Salt : a pinch
Method :
Preheat oven at 160 degree centigrade.
Melt butter in a sauce pan.
When nearly boiling, pour it over the chocolate. Leave for 30 seconds than mix till smooth.
Add sugar and cocoa powder in the chocolate.
Beat in mascarpone, Eggs and vanilla essence.
Gently fold in the flour and salt.
Bake in a greased tin for 35-40 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cut in Squares and just gobble them down :D

I've heard it's very expensive so it'd be nice if you could suggest a substitution too... cream cheese, maybe?

I guess cream cheese would work, i'm not really sure. There are loads of brownie recipe with cream cheese out there !

You can get it from ebco at forum. I dont really remember the price, i think it was around 800-850 rs.
